Ian joined Persistence Capital Partners in 2025 and is responsible for evaluating investment opportunities, executing transactions, and supporting the management teams of portfolio companies.

Prior to PCP, Ian was an Associate at CPS Capital where he supported transaction execution and provided strategic support to several portfolio companies.    

Ian began his career at BMO Capital Markets in the Diversified Industries investment banking group.

Ian holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (Honours with Distinction) from Wilfrid Laurier Universit
