Founded in 1996, Warnex Inc. (TSX-V:WNX) is a life sciences research company providing laboratory services to the pharmaceutical and biotechnology sectors.

Its three operating divisions were sold in separate transactions to a Canadian subsidiary of LabCorp (NYSE: LH), a local operator, and to Biotrial Research S.A.S of France.

In June 2014, Warnex and Diagnos announced the merger of their activities (TSXV: ADK.V).
